The story of ABRAZIV began in 1992, in the period of the hard slump of industrial production. The group of the scientists- enthusiasts of the S-USU began to work out the technology of making the small grinding instruments on the ceramic bunch, this items had the exploitation characteristic and properties like imported analogue. This problem was very actual, because of financial conditions in our country enterprises could not acquire the imported abrasive instruments of high quality on account of high price, but the abrasive instrument made in our country did not satisfy them because of various properties.
After a year of hard working it was clear that the abrasive instrument made in laboratory is not inferior to imported analogue in it s characteristics.
In 1993 in September the association with limited possibility was registered. As first factories of the South Ural acquired our produce (Cheljabinsk, Izhevsk etc..)
Our enterprise spent 2 years for originating of place for production of the grinding wheels and grinding heads, diameter till by the leased outfit on the specially worked out tooling and by self- worked out technology of reception , of pressing scheme , of heating and cooling duties by roasting of the instrument. We tested and inculcated upon the produced process methodic of pasting- in of mandrels to the grinding heads, it secures solidity of a glue combination diminution of the instrument s beating by working.

In 1995 we began producing of the grinding instruments for the industry in the large- size lots.
In 1996 we began the co-operating with OAO 'GAZ'. During two years (1996-1997 ) the grinding heads were inculcated upon Gorky- auto-factory, satisfying all the demands of the one of the biggest native enterprise.
In 1997 we began to assimilate our instruments at the "AutoVAZ", and till 1998 we are the general provider of the grinding heads on mandrels at this factory, substituting import in this nomination.

The year 2001 was the assimilation's beginning of the grinding barrel- shaped wheels and also of the grinding heads on the carving arbour, intending for working on the imported tools.
In 2001 we put into commission a section of treatment of the grinding heads by sulphur, which is very actual for bearing s industry and in operations, where it is necessary to exept completely the emergence of roasting on the surface.
Thanks for flexible politics concerning partners, which take interests of customers as priority , geography of spreading of our produce is widening. Now we do deliveries of the grinding instruments to about 20 cities of Russia (Nizhniy Novgorod, Toliatty, Samara, Uljanovsk, Izhevsk, Volgograd, Kirov, Jaroslavl).
Our instruments are used in about 60 factories . It is difficult to say exactly , because a part of instruments is forthcoming to a customer by way of intermediary firms.
